Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

No egg or dairy to make these really nice pancakes! Top with maple syrup for a great breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons organic sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • teaspoon ½salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • maple syrup to serve

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients.
  • While mixing add wet into dry ingredients.
  • Cook pancakes in a nonstick pan or add some oil to regular pan.

Notes

Add additional plant milk if batter comes out too thick.
